The Kimkins diet meal plan seems, on the surface, to be a sensible means to lose weight. On her web site any visitor may have access to free information in the form of her newsletters, which include recipes and tips on health, nutrition and exercise. On the topic of exercise, however, Kimkins seems to be of two minds. On one hand, their promotional material states that exercise is not necessary to lose weight. But, on the other hand, one of the free tools available to website visitors is an exercise calculator that allows them to see the benefits on their weight loss progress if they perform various kinds of exercise. If the Kimkins meal plans are as easy and flexible as claimed by Kimmer, the founder of the program, her diet may indeed by less confusing and simpler to stay on than other more complicated weight loss methods. The online membership site even includes options for dieters who require kosher, vegetarian or vegan meals.
